Canada:

All packages .41lbs or more are insured and tracked and sent via Tracked Parcel.
Estimated shipping times vary from 4-14 business days for standard mail, and, 2-10 business days in Canada for tracked parcels.. Please allow extra time for busy mailing seasons with Canada Post.

USA:
$12 Flat rate shipping to the USA. This does not include tracking. If you would like to increase arrival time or receive tracking, please contact me before hand for a quote.
Please allow up to 21 business days for arrival.

International:
I ship to Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. Shipping is based on individual weight and content of packages.
Please allow up to 75 business days for international orders.

Returns will only be considered on damaged or defective goods upon immediate arrival.

Exchanges will be considered on a case to case basis.
No exchanges or refunds after 14 days.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping rates, refunds will not include the initial postage paid.
Buyers are responsible for shipping on exchange goods.

Custom orders and Sale items are final sale.
